Web hosting doesn’t get very many people excited. If it does then you’re a geek and I’m eager to buy you lunch so we can talk geek talk. Basically web hosting is the day to day, month to month serving or your website from a specialized computer to the world of internet. Usually web hosting is only thought of when a monthly bill arrives or when the web site fails to appear on the web. Hopefully it’s only really thought of when the bill arrives.

 

What must be considered when choosing a web host is what technologies is my site going to need for it to do what I need it to do and at what price. Another important consideration is how much traffic are you going to get or how many people will be using my website? Are you going to need a database or email?
