Specialty websites can be just about anything. They usually start with a great idea or company need. With our programming, database and design skills there just isn’t much if anything that we can’t do.

 

To be honest, we sometimes grow tired of creating just another website with pretty pictures and text. Our real passion is for the unique or complex. This is especially so if the idea or need is something that our a specialty website can solve.

 

To cite some examples, we’ve built sites that build pre-designed PDF flyers for each sales person in an organization. All the sales people have to do is login and select a flyer that they want to us. Automatically, their photo, contact information, company logo and advertising disclaimer is added to the flyer design they have selected. Now the sales person is ready to print, save, or attach this flyer to an email.

 

Another exciting challenge we had was to make use of both Google Maps and Zillow property data to build a site that not only showed the property value for an given address, but also displayed recent comparable homes that had sold and allowed a user to click on any of the properties to see an actual street view picture of that house along with value trend information going back 5 or 1 year.
