When people ask what Vlucid does we have to pause. We hesitate because we find it increasingly challenging to describe all the services that we offer. To make it even more challenging, the list grows longer and deeper every day.

 

As marketers, we would tell our customers to do as we say not as we do. We would tell them to keep their message simple and easy for anyone to quickly understand and grasp.

 

Part of our challenge is to tell someone that we are a web design firm in the Inland Empire might take away from the latest video production work we did for one of Sacramento’s most influential government public relations firms.

 

If we told someone that we design pretty colorful email marketing pieces, it might not be understood that we also developed the technology that sent out hundreds of thousands of those pretty emails designs. It also might not be clear that we measured and tracked who opened those emails, how long they people looked at them, who further engaged them, and created a map to show our customer where the email recipients were that provided us these useful metrics.

 

If we told you that we were a big part of a flashy flash site created to promote a new line of specialty basketball shoe by industry innovator AND1 you might be quick to congratulate us on how great it looks. In this case, we would have to pass that credit on to Blue Couch Media and explain that our job was to develop methods and programming to allow users to interact and engage the flash application while storing valuable user data in a way that AND1 could use later.
